Allison Adams is so delighted to be joining to cast of A Klingon Christmas Carol for her first production since moving back to Seattle. She previously appeared in Seattle in GreenStage’s 2022 Backyard Bard shows and 2019 Taming of the Shrew. At Smith College, she studied theatre and mathematics, was happily up to her elbows in student theatre (her favorite projects include The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Macbeth, and directing The Two Noble Kinsmen), and abandoned her Duolingo course in Klingon after only a semester. mu’meyvam DalaDchugh, qamuSHa’! Bjorn Anders is delighted to be returning to Latitude Theatre for A Klingon Christmas Carol. As marlI' (Marley), Bjorn is honored to be following in the footsteps of such performers as Alec Guinness, Gary Oldman, and Statler & Waldorf. Most recently Bjorn was seen as a stage combatant in ACT's production of An Enemy Of The People. Up next, he can be seen as Elijah in Vashon Repertory's production of Moby Dick. When not acting or pretending to fight, Bjorn resides in Greenwood with his partner Jaime, an ever-growing collection of swords, and copious hair care products. Bjorn's performance is dedicated to his father, Terry, who always encouraged him to "boldly go."
Alexei Sebastian Cifrese never thought he'd play Scrooge, much less at the ripe old age of 32, much much less in the original Klingon. Needless to say, he is equally thrilled and terrified. Alexei describes himself as an artistic generalist: he is a stage & voice actor, audiobook narrator, playwright, burlesque producer, and will not shut up about his upcoming solo show debuting October 2026, The Phantom of the Opera but Every Character Sings a Different Language and also I Play All the Parts. Some other recent stuff that he's proud of is his burlesque play Nakedback, The Burlesque Tribute to Canada's Greatest Band: Nickelback (fun fact: the guy who's playing MarlI’ co-produced that with him and played Chad Kroeger!) He is excited that you are here, he is honored to work with a talented cast and artistic team, and he hopes you enjoy what we've all created for you. He would like to extend a special thank you to Rachel for sitting with him every Wednesday going over each and every line, and to extend his apologies to the staff and patrons of Pagliacci wherein the two nerds practiced their Klingon very loudly.
Paige Elf Marie Cooley is a Seattle based actor, writer, and deviser. She graduated with a BFA in Theatre from Cornish College of the Arts and is a co-founder of the west coast clown troupe Dumcanny Alley, which debuted its first show Know When To Leave at Base Experimental Arts + Space in the fall of 2022. You may have seen Paige most recently in Washington Ensemble Theatre's Scrambled the Goose, or touring houses across north Seattle in Don't Panic Panic's Phoenix, Firefly, and the Endless Highway. Paige is extraordinarily excited to be in her first Klingon language production, a goal she has had since before her career began, and she hopes you enjoy it as much as she has enjoyed being a part of it.
M.L Earhart (she/they) is thrilled to make her Seattle mainstage debut with Latitude Theatre. They are beyond thankful to share the stage with such talented and dedicated cast and production team. Gift ideas: pet a dog, feed nine crows, and unionize your workplace.
Artúr Faye is thrilled to be in A Klingon Christmas Carol. You may have seen him in Emerald Theatre's A Christmas Carol or on the 5th Avenue stage for the Rising Star Project's Something’s Afoot. Andrea Hansen is a classically trained singer and opera performer. Past favorite operatic productions include Dialogues of the Carmelites by Poulenc and Eugene Onegin by Tchaikovsky. Andrea has portrayed ‘emlI’ in two previous productions of A Klingon Christmas Carol, both with EDGE of Orion Theatre of Chicago. Most recently in Seattle, Andrea was seen in Candle Light Stories: An Evening In the Bardo with Pacific Play Company. Andrea wants to send a special thank you to her loDnal (husband) Phil and puqloD (son) Arthur for their love and support.
Stav Hinenzon is thrilled to be appearing in a Latitude Theatre production once again, having previously played Harold in Victorian Christmas Cards. He has also appeared at Second Story Repertory as Brian in their production of The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley and Orcus in their production of She Kills Monsters. Outside of theatre, he also works on developing video games, believing the playful nature of the two forms is linked.
Joshua Holguin is a PNW actor. He holds a BA in Drama from Seattle University. Born in California and internationally traveled, he adores all cultures and languages. Klingons Honor and glorious feast (lop'a’) to you all this holiday season!
Ali Kidder-Mostrom (she/her) is a forensic scientist by day and theatre person by night. A jack of some trades, she sometimes works behind the scenes and sometimes treads the boards. Ali is a proud member of Latitude Theatre's Artistic Ensemble and has previously been seen on Latitude's stage in Monstrous Regiment, Miss Holmes, Ingvar! A Musical Furniture Saga (understudy), Framing Device: The Edvard Munch Plays, and curtain speeches (as Postmaster) for both Victorian Christmas Cards festivals. It's been about a decade since she last donned ridges in Chicago productions of A Klingon Christmas Carol, but - from the look of her forehead - you would never know. James Lyle is delighted to be making holiday merriment with Latitude Theatre once again after appearing in Victorian Christmas Cards: Return 2 Sender. And as a veteran of Hello Earth’s Outdoor Trek productions, he’s delighted to be returning to the worlds of the Federation. A Seattle actor and playwright, he was most recently seen on stage in eSeTeatro’s Cornelia’s Visitors and Infinity Box Theatre’s Centrifuge festival of science plays. Other recent roles include Holmes and Watson (SecondStory Rep), On the Train (Shattered Glass Project), and The Flight Before Xmas (Macha Theatre Works). He’s a member of the Driftwood After Dark playwright group, where his sci-fi plays Ghost Girl, Blues for a Dead Planet, and Age of Sail have featured in Edmonds Driftwood Players’ new works series
Jaime Mastromonica is excited to be making her Latitude debut. She has spent the past thirteen years performing with Shakespeare Northwest, with favorite roles including Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, and Lady Macbeth. Favorite non-Shakespearean roles include Fanny Dashwood in Sense and Sensibility and Marina in Tony n' Tina's Wedding. When she's not acting, Jaime enjoys movies, reading, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She lives in Greenwood with her husband and more books than she can comfortably store. Thanks to Bjorn for your endless support and Dad for introducing me to Star Trek.
Katherine Oberg (she/they) is honored to join A Klingon Christmas Carol as veSIwIq! They have previously been on Latitude's stage in Victorian Christmas Cards as the Water Queen, Simone Owl, and Robin and are a proud member of the Latitude Theatre artistic ensemble. Other performances include ensemble roles in The Tempest, A Winter's Tale, Twelfth Night, and As You Like It with Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Penny in The Flight Before X-Mas with Macha Theatre Works. They earned their B.F.A. in Theatre with a focus in musical theatre from Cornish College of the Arts. For Dad.
Stefanie MeiFang Van Rafelghem (she/they) will be engaging in their debut with Latitude Theatre and is looking forward to sharing this informative presentation of tlhIngan ram nI' bom with you. Previous stage credits include Reggie Fluty in The Laramie Project (LPH), Rosie in Cabaret (TMP), Sohovik in Damn Yankees (Reboot Theatre), and Ensemble in Here and Their: The Musical (new work) and Anastasia (BPA). Hannah Wang is a Seattle-based social worker and policy analyst. They are thrilled to return to Latitude Theatre for another round of holiday-themed theatrics after Victorian Christmas Cards: Return 2 Sender. Recent acting credits include Alice in Arabialand (Annex Theatre), Women & Femmes, or Females (Theatre Off Jackson), Leave Only Footprints (Annex Theatre), and The Comedy of Errors (Emerald Theatre). Offstage, you can find them bird-watching, baking sourdough bread, or curled up with a good post-modernist novel. Hannah works at Seattle Public Theater on show weekends and would love to say hi if you’re ever strolling around Green Lake! Kenzie Wells (they/she) is a Seattle based actor and deviser, and they are stoked to be in their first show with Latitude theatre! Past credits include Magpie Artist Ensemble's Arthuriana Fest and various productions with Dacha Theatre such as Scandalton LIVE!, The Pomegranate Tree, and The Veil. Jax Alves has been confusing and delighting audiences in the Seattle area since 2016 and is thrilled to be performing again with Latitude Theater! This is her second time performing with Latitude, her first Latitude credit was understudying the lads for Monstrous Regiment! Other Seattle area credits include Bee Present (SecondStory Repertory), Starmites (SecondStory Repertory), Firebringer (Red Curtain Foundation of the Arts), Beauty and the Beast (Bainbridge Performing Arts), Little Shop of Horrors (SCC), and Company (SCC). Ethan Jarvik is absolutely delighted to be making both his Latitude Theatre, and first fully postgraduate debut with A Klingon Christmas Carol! A Seattle native born-and-raised, Ethan is glad to be returning to a physical stage in his hometown for the first time since 2019 when he performed in Heathers at the Seattle Children’s Theatre, his fifth and final SCT Summer Season Show! His most recent theatre credit is Blue Stockings at his now Alma mater, Muhlenberg College, where he graduated with a degree in theatre in May of this year!
Sirius Linton is thrilled to be making their Latitude acting debut! Sirius is a long time Star Trek fan and massive nerd so she was totally jazzed about A Klingon Christmas Carol! You may have seen him in town on Bainbridge Island in this summer’s production of Macbeth, and recently they wrote for Latitude’s Framing Device: The Edvard Munch Plays. Sirius can’t wait for what’s next!
Production Staff:
Christopher Kidder-Mostrom (he/him) is Artistic Director of Latitude Theatre. A proud member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, Chris is marking his 65th project in the director’s chair. He has a BA in Theatre Arts from Morningside University, and an MFA in Playwriting from the University of New Orleans. As a director, Chris has worked extensively with new scripts (both original and in translation), bringing over twenty world premieres to the stage. Additionally, he is a translator of Spanish dramas of the 19th century: most recently his translation of Enrique Zumel’s Cajon de Sastre was workshopped as part of Latitude Theatre’s Astrolab(e) programming. This is his 5th time in the director's chair of A Klingon Christmas Carol, a play that has dominated his life in one way or another since 2007.
Rowan Gallagher is a working director, actor, dramaturg, and dialect coach in and around Seattle. They are an early founding ensemble member of Magpie Artists Ensemble, and a core ensemble member of Latitude Theatre Company. Rowan’s last directing project was Blue to Blue with Annex Theatre Company. And, their recent projects in Seattle also include directing in the past two years of Victorian Christmas Cards playwrights festivals with latitude, and participating in the generation and performance of Magpie’s Arthuriana festival last summer. Rowan has been looking forward to working with Latitude on A Klingon Christmas Carol for some time now and is overjoyed to be a part of this play’s return to the stage and its Seattle debut!
Gwyn Skone divides his theatre time mostly between two companies: Latitude and As If. The latter performs at the Kenmore Community Club, so the initialism “KCC” has featured rather extensively in his life this year. Thankfully, any mix-ups were avoided, and the Irish farmers of Outside Mullingar didn’t find themselves transported into deep space. His previous work with Latitude includes Ingvar and two batches of Victorian Christmas Cards. Being neither a Star Trek nor holiday movie enthusiast (unless they feature the Muppets), he’s barely qualified to be here, but they invited him back anyway and he’s enjoyed the adventure of bringing this long-awaited PNW premiere to this stage!
Stacey Bush (she her) is an ensemble member of Latitude Theatre and has previously created violence for INGVAR! A Musical Furniture Saga and A Monstrous Regiment. She is thrilled to help bring Chris’s vision for this A Klingon Christmas Carol to the stage. Meaghan Darling has had the immense pleasure of being a part of the Seattle theater community since the late 90s and has production managed, stage managed, and designed for numerous organizations. 2025 has been the year of getting back involved, so why not end it with some Klingons. Fire!
Kilah Williams (she/her) is a costume designer and maker working around the Pacific Northwest. She hails from Louisiana but moved to the great state of Washington after finishing her education. She studied costume design and construction at Baylor University, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and a training program at the Teatro Piccolo in Milan. She has worked locally with Island Shakespeare Festival, Seattle Academy, IAJ Media, Chrysalis Circus, Taproot Theatre, Annex Theatre, Latitude Theatre and others. She was thrilled to collaborate with all the talented artists on this team.
Henry Behrens's favorite Star Trek is DS9. He’s an actor, editor, designer and cat dad excited to be working with Latitude Theatre as a props designer for the first time. Rachel Andeen is an author, translator, cellist, and unrepentant polyglot. She discovered Klingon three decades ago and has been hooked ever since. She has published both original work and translations in Klingon, along with a variety of romantic, speculative, and gender-diverse fiction in English. Rachel performs with the Rainbow City Orchestra and the Issaquah Philharmonic Orchestra, and she is thrilled to be working on her first theatrical production with Latitude Theatre.
Lillie Wirth is thrilled to be working on this wild show! Lillie is a recent graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, where they studied directing and sound design, among a smattering of other liberal arts. You may have previously seen their sound design work on Blue to Blue and The Game Show at Annex Theatre, or their direction of Devon is Definitely a Vampire for Framing Device: The Edvard Munch Plays with Latitude. You can catch them next spring at Annex, directing a staged reading of Deadheading by Miranda Mars. While not personally much of a Trekkie, Lillie had grown up surrounded by massive Star Trek fans. They hope their soundscapes do the Klingon world justice. Enjoy the show!
